    You know, I can't recommend enough that you read those books. Forget the movies when you're reading them, as the movies have deviated so far from the books that it's not even funny. The first book had some similarities, but the second was similar only in name....the third bears the same resemblance...the name. :) And there's a 4th book. Written by another author, but it is quite good.

    I'll say only this: They could have made 4 movies out of the 1st book alone. ;)

    I also wanna read those books, yet another item on my very long list of items to get...

  • I have heard that the books are excellent, and I really want to read them!! I think I can get them from the library, so I really should... And yes, I've also heard that the movies are completely different. :P But still--even if they are different from the books, they're still amazingly good movies! So that's nice anyways.

    Besides! Now I can read the books and the movies won't have spoiled everything for me! *grins* *makes note to request books at library*

    Out of curiosity Chris, have you read any of the Covert-One novels by Ludlam? I started reading one of them and really liked it, but then Mum sort of hesitated about me reading them because she didn't know what they would be like content-wise. If you've read them, I'd appreciate a review! =D

    O_O Shawn, you haven't seen the first two??? AH!!! Okay. You have to watch those. They're awesome!! And then we can get a group together and go see Ultimatum! w00t! ^_^

  • Sheesh. Now I have to go out and rent the first Bourne movies so I can understand the third one. Danggit, Marissa. Why do you do this?

  • I can't believe there are people who have not seen the Bourne movies. :)

    No, I've not read much from Ludlum except for the Tristan Betrayal. But if I get a chance, I'll read them and let you know if you've not read them by then. :)
